The McGarrah Jessee Alexa Skill (the “Service”) is made available to you and maintained and operated by McGarrah Jessee (“Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”). Governing Law: The laws of the State of New York shall govern these Terms and Conditions. YOU HEREBY EXPRESSLY CONSENT TO EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION AND VENUE IN THE COURTS LOCATED IN NEW YORK COUNTY, NEW YORK FOR ALL MATTERS ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR YOUR ACCESS OR USE OF THE SERVICE.
